My husband, my son and myself went out with Crystal as our captain and Jaylen as her mate. My husband and son were fishing and I was there just for the sights. Let me tell you, I was so sick out in the ocean, it was horrible. Crystal was a blessing, constantly asking me if I needed anything, offering me Gatorade, medicine, anything to help with the motion sickness. Crystal and Jalylen were very knowledgeable. After a bit on the ocean we came back to the inlet to fish for flounder, my guys had fun and they will definitely go back. Not me tho lol, I can’t do the ocean in a boat haha. Thank you guys!

We had a great experience with Captain Quentin and the MIFC crew. Highly recommended, certain to make some memories and will even broaden your fishing vocabulary: ABC bait, BFR and a slew of other gems. Be sure to ask for Captain Q! “Retweet”

Is it better to fish high or low tide for near shore fishing?

We chartered a trip with Captain Nick. We were near shore and caught a good amount of trout although had to release most because of the daily limit. Caught a variety of other fish 🐟 and released them. Hooked into and fought 2 spinner sharks close to the boat and they both broke the line. Then went out to 3 Mike Island and trolled for Spanish Mackerel and caught and brought in 2. We didn't have time to do any inlet fishing and wished we would have been able to land a new Red Drum fish. We will do that next time. We didn't fish from shore. Hope this helps
