My condos are generally weekly beach vacation rentals. There are some times when I do accept longer term rentals.. usually in the off season. It is always best to call to determine what is available and for what length of time. If I cannot accommodate a guest's request, I can surely try to help steer folks in the right direction through the many friends & contacts that I have in the area.
