My mother and I had a phenomenal experience at Bob's due to Max! We walked in to window shop and we ended up furnishing the whole house from Bob's. It wouldn't have been possible without Max and that's for sure. He was informative, professional, patient, honest, and not just a salesman for the sales. He will give you his honest opinion and ensure you leave with satisfaction even if he doesn't get a sale. I would recommend him to anyone who values their best interest to be respected because he will ensure you are a happy customer. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors because he will go far on the tracks he's rolling on.

From the moment I walked into Bobs in Deptford, I was greeted by Ryan the manager, who was super nice and informative. Then I had the pleasure to work with Dan, the salesman, who was just as nice and helped us to narrow our choice of living room down so we picked the one we really liked in gray. He also knew so much about the financing options and made it all so fast and easy. Their attitude made the buying experience that much smoother and enjoyable. We had gone to Ashley's before that and their prices for the same furniture was higher and the sales people there acted like they really didn't want to be there. So glad we came to Bobs!

Mark did an excellent job helping us with our purchase and providing information about delivery options, warranties, etc without pressuring us. We were able to find what we were looking for and when we were ready for help, he was there. It was nice not feeling pressured or stalked the entire time. Overall the experience was positive and we’ll definitely consider Bob’s in the future for other furniture needs.

Carolyn the sales lady was excellent with great customer service. She was not pushy and truly genuine on the sale when I selected a couch that i wanted. The couch was on hand available the next week all but 1 piece of the sectional. The last piece was offered to be delivered separate 2 months later however i still feel this is not that bad since covid has significantly delayed product availability. I also had a question in regards to Bob’s financing and the finance manager Ryan was able to quickly explain how it works and was knowledgeable in the financing respect and very friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Carolyn if you are interested in purchasing.

Would you prefer that they instantly teleport to your home the second you have an issue. Cause that's possible....please detect my sarcasm. I also find it hard to believe that they refused to show you the contract lol there are exclusions in any contract....insurance is pretty widely known to be less than accommodating. I have bought so much furniture from that store and been pleased with quality and customer service. Tiffany is who I work with everytime I need something. I dint know who you spoke to but I'm sure it wasn't tiffany. That girl should be a manager by now. I understand you're not happy but you obviously liked the furniture and your experience buying or you wouldn't even have a contract to complain about. So maybe lay off on bashing them til you have exhausted all possibilities of a resolution. Just saying.
