Living at Stonybrook for almost 3 years our overall experience was great. Any issues that arose were promptly taken care of. Janice and the maintenance staff were always kind and helpful. Our apartment for our growing family now of 5 was a great size for being a 2 bedroom apartment. Our kids loved playing on the playground and in the pool during the summer. The grounds were always taken care of and the DNA pet policy in place kept the grass clean which was great having very active children playing outside. Overall, we were very pleased with our time at Stonybrook.

This is Darius Chandler, a tenant located at the premises. Just wanted to give a special appreciation to the best landlord ever in Janice Morze. She is so amazing. Janice has helped me in so many ways in this community and was beyond a helpful person to me during a hard period in my residency with Covid-19 and etc. She provided me with the efforts of a lovely caring woman in a situation where she was a huge help with my situation and even directed me to funding sources and did her part with no questions asked. Janice, you are the best. I wish you nothing but joy and blessings. Continue to be great. God bless.

My experience in Stonybrook Deptford NJ made me feel very welcome safe and at home...I was hoping to return but things worked out in a different way for me. I met some very nice people and I am still friends with them. Janice always made me feel so comfortable and would be so helpful .and she did it with a smile because she cared and made me feel like I was never bothering her.. All I can say is wow. I’ve lived in many other communities/complexes and have had my fair share of interesting experiences but as a resident for 2 years at Stonybrook now, nothing compares. From the spacious well kept apartment homes, the amenities, to the staff, top notch. Anytime I have had a (minor) maintenance request, or questions about the community Janice has gone above and beyond, and has always been prompt with a response or action. The dedication to ensuring this is a nice community to live in shows. The amenities are nice, I use the fitness center daily, and it’s always nice to run into the crew on my way in or out. Jayden Is always welcoming, and helpful.The grounds are well kept, and it feels more like a home rather an apartment home. (Also the events here for the community has always been a nice touch.)

How much is the rent for 1 bedroom, the security, deposit and the availability?
Yes we allow cats and dogs up to 35 lbs each.

Hi Joe. Thanks for the question. That is hard to answer specifically, as everyone uses very different amounts of gas and electric, factors also depend on what size unit and how many people are living there. We usually suggest calling our provider, PSEG and we can give you an apartment number of the size unit you are interested, what they do is take an "average" of the bills on that unit for the past12 months and average out what the bill may be monthly. Give or take alittle of course based on the items I mentiuioned above. They also can set up a monthly budget plan to help if you want to keep the bill the same each month and then they will refigure at the end of a years time. Hello CK. We are a garden style community but unfortunately we do not have balconies. We do have outdoor spaces for grilling, a playground and expansive 21 acre + property~~

I could be wrong but I do not believe they accept section 8 or HUD vouchers. You could call the office building and ask one of the ladies in there,....they are very helpful.
Yes thats fine of course we want you to make it your home!! The largest hole we would expect would be if you hung a wall mount TV. We also do not ask the residents to patch any hanging holes they make before moving out we do that to keep the walls in great shape! Hope this helps!!
