Since this white guy is on the counter(don’t know his name) the only thing I get when I go there is an attitude. This is my third time going and I actually pulled up this third time because I thought the explorer with Philly tags was the owner so I was excited to go back since they’re always so nice to us. But this guy, apparently he doesn’t know how to read, he never knows what I’m looking for and always treat me like if I bother him. I have a male friend that used to go there too and we both have the same issue with him. Arrogant and it’s sad because the owner is really nice and Abraham is AWESOME ! Hope they bring him back soon !! For now me and my friends are going to another one.

I’ve been here a few times and always found everyone to be very nice. They’re extremely helpful and don’t make you feel dumb for asking about certain items. Especially “q” or “cue”. (I’m not sure what’s under the hat😝). He makes you feel welcome and is extremely knowledgeable. In today’s day and age with and already finishing workforce and few places that make you feel welcome anymore, the team at hollidaze should be recognized for making what could be an uncomfortable situation, a very pleasant one that makes you eager to go back.
