I booked travel here for 2 nights in a 2-bedroom suite. The “full” kitchen had water damage under the cabinets, the dishwasher was stainless steel inside but bottom on the inside had some crud In there. A few small mugs and dishes in the cabinet, about 6 pieces of flatware and 3 pots with the Teflon worn off. While bed was clean and comfortable, there was no place to put a suitcase, but on the floor. Bathtub had some pitting and marks on the tile that looked dirty but wouldn’t wash off. Furniture in living room was about 40 years old - vinyl chair and gold velvet couch that sagged in the middle. Rug was dark as were blackout drapes. We were on first floor so had to keep drapes closed to keep others from seeing in. Worst hotel I have ever been in. None of us wanted to stay in the room, lighting was also dark and depressing. Absolutely outrageous for the price per night. Marriott should be ashamed!

Wow what an amazing hotel! The management truly cares and shows that through their strong leadership skills that trickle down to their awesome team members! The attention to Customer service is a great feeling as a bride/hotel guest. We used Residence inn for our host hotel for our wedding and all of our guests were very happy with their rooms! It’s centrally located making it a great location for commuters as well. The hallways were cleaned and maintained very well, rooms were immaculate! Thanks Christian for being so helpful and caring about our celebration! Marriott is very lucky to have you representing their corporate business. Lindsay

Warning - - not stay at this hotel. Staff needs to work on hospitality skills. First experience, check in was rude & awkward (staff eating). Second, first room had broken window (literally). I was informed that they only had one room left Third, second room (only room left) HVAC was not connected (room at 75 degrees)...called maintenance and he indicated I should get another room. I did receive another room...guess you did have other rooms available. Finally, I was turned away from breakfast because I was 5 minutes early and the staff was running late. Note - breakfast was ready but staff was not? What? I travel 50% for work and Marriott is making me question my loyalty. Should I go back to Hilton?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I travel often and usually stay at a Residence Inn. This by far was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at any Marriot hotel in the country. If you are a Marriot Titanium member because you stay exclusively at Marriot hotels, just know it will mean nothing here. You know how you are greeted at all Marriot hotels at check-in thanking you for being a titanium member and you receive your complimentary gift bag and beverage from the small market? Not here. The receptionist was very rude at check in. The little market was the worse stocked of any I’ve seen. The room was dirty. Used sponge in kitchen sink. The bathroom leaked. The tiny dishwasher was not installed into the wall so when you pulled out both racks to load dishes, it would fall out forward from under the counter top. The grounds were not kept up .. trash frequently spewed about. There were apparent refugees staying during my visit with kids constantly running up and down the halls screaming and even pulling a fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning. The man on duty at night always slept in the lounge and was very rude if you needed assistance. Christian was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the rest of the staff could care less about customer service. Not sure if it is a problem with the owner or management, or both. This hotel falls way short from what you experience and come to expect, having stayed at multiple other Marriot residences. Would not recommend.
