I went to the store today and there we about 4 people waiting to be helped when I walked in. One of the staff named Justin welcomed each person as they came in and made sure to check them in. He then proceeded to help each person quickly and efficiently with what they came to the store for while his two coworkers were with the same people for an hour. Justin did an awesome job with handling the busyness in the store while helping everyone in a timely manner.

Ebony went above and beyond with her service to get my mother her new landline. On the other hand AT&T is a complete nightmare to deal with no one knows their job and you cannot get the equipment you need. TOTALLY useless!!! And of course continued to bill her for a phone that you could not make or receive calls for a month and a half. Absolute disgrace!!!!!
