This place racial profiles African Americans. My sister and I went there to shop, they were following us around the store and made us feel uncomfortable. I will never shop again.

As someone who doesn't ware dress clothes often I needed some help while shopping, my friends suggested express due to the quality, when I went in I didn't receive any help .the store is a double store one side says men express ,I had all intentions of spending close to a few hundred dollars but after being in the store almost a half hour I still didn't receive any help and felt lost in what to get and left,it's not even like there was an employee on the men's side to even ask for help,in my eyes I feel it was terrible customer service, not that I buy dress clothes often but if they would have made me feel comfortable and I bought products that day I probably would return to buy more dress clothes as in that's where I would know where to get them easily.
