My ordeal with Ardsley Ridge began on September 19th 2022… I am ready for the nightmare to end. I have never lived with roaches… I do now! Thankfully my stay here is temporary. I was able to get the leasing staff to amend my lease from 12 months to six months due to the unsatisfactory conditions of the apartment upon move in. The only bright spot has been James the maintenance technician. James is responsive, professional, and courteous. He should be the lead technician…. The leasing staff is responsive after you file complaints. However, they have yet to reimburse me for the costs related to my food spoiling due to me being able store it because the refrigerator they initially provided was full of bugs.

By reading the reviews I was very nervous about moving into this place. Once I moved in it was nothing like the reviews. I love my apartment I love the peace I get. I love the response that I get from the apartment complex when I need anything Veronica has been excellent in answering all my request and concerns. My family and friends love the apartment as well as the community.

SO MANY FREAKING ROACHES !!!!! All of these reviews about the roach infestation are 100% real ! I just moved in about a couple of weeks ago and have been seeing them in my SINK TUB AND TOILET ! It’s super sad and disgusting that they let this problem go on and haven’t fixed it . Saw a comment about a new mom who moved in and had to deal with this and had to go to a hotel and it broke my heart . I will report these buildings to the health department soon if no change !

Appointments are not required to tour our community; however, calling ahead can help ensure that we are available to provide ample time for your tour and to answer any questions that you may have. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for ample time for your tour.

Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.
Our community unfortunately does not qualify to participate in the Section 8 Housing Voucher, therefore you would be unable to apply here using your section 8 voucher or other government subsidized housing assistance vouchers
