My experience has always been great at this brand of store’s. However on Saturday January 22nd I met an amazing customer service attendant by the name of Sonia, working in the misses area. She went above and beyond to ensure I was waited on in a professional, friendly, kind and helpful manner. I was having card issues and was very frustrated but that did not affected the high level of service I received. Sonia went to seek all the help she could find and tried earnestly to help me figure out the card issue. In the end, I had to let it be known that in the midst of fire, frustration and displeasure Sonia was as helpful, polite and remained in my mind as one of the most dedicated workers I have met in this line of duty. I am very grateful to know that this level of service can be found within the local walls of Deptford Macy’s. Thanks Sonia for representing yourself, the team and the brand with such grace and humility. I am inspired to continue to grow in this area because of how you conducted yourself. Many thanks to the entire team for persevering in these extraneous times and situations.
