Quick overview: Be careful looking at reviews from over 3-4 months ago, a lot has changed. This particular Best Buy branch is not like it used to be. There is minimal staff and they seem to have minimal knowledge. Further, on the internet you can likely find not only better prices, but also better and faster help/assistance online via chat or calling. My recent experience: Yesterday, a Saturday, they had literally only two people working in the TV and audio. I know they only had two because after waiting for an hour by the checkout stand in that area I essentially started stalking the only employee who I had seen in that area over the last hour, and even I asked for help he told me there were only two of them working and he was busy and couldn't help me. Not that he would be with me in a minute. Not that he would call someone else to help. Just straight up that he couldn't help me Note, the help I needed was paying for $5k-ish of home audio equipment. I told him I would just go home and order it online, and he didn't say anything but gave me a "thank goodness, now I don't have to help you also" look. Thus, I went home and started looking online. My future plans will be to buy from online retailers like Amazon, parts express, B&H, new egg, crutchfield, etc. Even if it costs a little more, which it likey won't, at least I don't have go to a store and wait around for extended periods of time to convince employees to take my money. Honestly, it is sort of sad as Best Buy seems (or seemed I should say) to be the last decent brick and mortar electronics store, at least in South Jersey. However, now it appears to be heading down the "soon to be forgotten" dark road. Question for Best Buy management: I doubt they read reviews, but if they do here is a question (and I'm not asking this rhetorically, I really would like an answer). Why should I shop at Best Buy? The prices aren't great compared to online only retailers. The effort and work to get products from Best Buy is more (ie. Driving to store, waiting extensive periods for help, loading into car, etc ). Really, the only Best Buy advantage is seeing and hearing items. However, with no employees answering questions or assisting with checkout in a timely manner, that advantage is drastically reduced. In fact, it creates a "try (at Best Buy) before your buy (at lowest priced online retailer)" scenario. Conclusion: I have a feeling that a few years from now Best Buy, at least this location, will grouped into the "remember when we used to go to" conversations with the likes of Blockbuster, Radio Shack, Borders, Circuit City, Power Records, Sam Goodies, etc.

Best place to find anything tech. Never knew until a few years ago that usually the cell phones areas in store give you bonus promotions because you buy it from best buy. I was able to trade in my phone and get the same promotion that's all over the TV commercials plus a bonus $200 best buy gift card that I would have never gotten if I did it at a regular cell location. Paid for my new phone case, screen protector and all my accessories and still had an extra $40! Use best buy when you upgrade your phones!

It's an okay store for one of the only best buys in the area. It never seems to have what I need in stock and is really busy most of the time. They don't have anything for cannon cameras anymore and their DSLR section keeps getting smaller and smaller. They have plenty of pretty streamer set up things like the rainbow keyboards and pink headsets. The people that they do have working will try their hardest to help. Just kinda disappointing.

Great job on a new radio installation for my Mini Cooper S convertible. The sound, fit and finish are all tight and exact. Waiting for warm sunny weather and a winding road with the top down!

They have masks & gloves at the door walking in if you need them. They also have sanitizer. Masks are worn by staff & public must wear masks inside.
If you hv the card used to purchase that helps if there is no receipt of original transaction
Sue gates is rigth.
9 times Outta 10 the associate that really knows what you are looking for is on the floor helping somebody else that store really gets flooded with customers a little under staff but you would prefer someone to knows exactly how to answer your
You should always call before you go. I literally just bought one for my daughter like 2 weeks ago.
You could call the store to ask for help. They have people there to help with all kinds of computer issues
I agree with the others.. Best to call, go online, to check that out.
Order it online. An employee will bring it out to you
They have Polaroid film for their cameras here. It is best to check online to see what stores sell, as the community answers these. Not the store.
Just call the store and ask for geek squad
I work here and we do buy used laptops for trade in.
Yes. The demos are on select days but you can schedule a demo on BestBuy.com at select locations.
