Ordered 4 Frienzies (blended soft serve with candy) to be picked up. The total was a whopping $34!!!! Seriously??? I thought at least the cups would have been huge for $9 a cup but they were small, maybe like 8oz. And to top it off, there was hardly any candy mixed with them. After the 1st couple bites at the top, nothing but soft serve ice cream. What a total rip off!!! The next night I went to Heritages and bought a gallon of ice cream and a few bags of different candy, went home and blended my own. I had enough for at least 10-12 big 16 oz. cups and it only cost me $25. Terrible how much they charge for this. Definately will not order there again!!! Go to Sonic and get a large blast for only $6, its huge 32oz. and loaded with candy.

I didn’t even know Friendly’s was still open! To my pleasant surprise it was when I was over in Woodbury NJ with my two youngsters. The service was extremely fast and helpful. Our waiter was always there to help and had a cheerful smile throughout the experience. I love this Friendly’s and the amazing people who work there.

I always have a great time when I go to Friendly's, our server Jaelah made this another great experience as well as the food was hot/delicious and you all know they have the best ice cream around. Will I return....YES 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I am not sure why Friendly's is even still open. The place looks dilapidated, and the food is subpar. Went here on valentines day and the experience was horrible. Very crowded seating arrangements felt like we were all sitting on top of each other, packed like sardines. The food I ordered did not taste bad, however it wasn't measured properly, therefore it look like the dish was full of Chinese noodles versus rice. The only reason I did not ask for a refund was the fact it taste better than it looked. The waitress was so busy her customer service wasn't the best. She messed up the kids orders as well as took a very long time to come back and inform us that what the kids ordered the kitchen didn't have. I stopped eating Friendly's a very long time ago and this is why. I could have ate at a local McDonald's and been more satisfied.
