this clinic is AMAZING!! we purchased the wellness plan for our puppy and we have gone to the vet numerous times for all sorts of things for our puppy and almost everything is covered for free. the plan has already paid for itself over and over again, and our puppy is only 7 months old. they NEVER try to push you to buy services or things you do not need. They love on our puppy so much and he LOVE going here, even after his neuter - he cries outside there door every time we go here because he is dying to get inside. This is the best Vet experience we have ever had and we will never take our dog anywhere else. They will do everything in their power to see your pet ASAP if something is wrong and every vet takes extra time to explain everything. 10/10, A+++. Thank you for keeping Rupert so healthy!

While Dr. Wiecome is a great vet, we had some interactions with the front Staff that we did not appriciate, and over all the company has left a bad taste in our mouth for a while. Banfield as a whole is a very hit or miss, corporate setting with a sometimes worth it sometimes not membership plan, which you are locked into for the year, and have to remember to cancel or it will renew for another year. Ultimately we are switching vets to a place we feel is a better fit. I don't really recommend banfeild and did not appriciate some of the staff at this location, but I would recommend Dr. Wiecome if you do go to this location.

Called to see about an appointment for my dog with a severe ear infection… was told the next available ‘new pet’ appointment would be Wednesday night. Today is Monday. Yep, these folks really care about animals! 🙄

Doctor Hackney and her staff is impeccable your pet will be in the best hands. My poor cat had a Urinary blockage That was undagnosed I took Him too bandfield to have him checked out She looked at him and told me to take him to a pet hospital that was recommended. She did not charge me for The Visit she gave me the best advice on how to take care of him and has been taking care of him ever since. Her compassion in her staff are impeccable. You will not find another more compassionate vet.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
