Ok apartments. They are old and when people move out they don't fix the squeaky floors or issues. New paint. Yes. New carpet if it's ruined. Yes. Haven't had access to the facilities all year but no discount on rent. Actually they just raised it at the end of my lease. Even without access to the complete complex. Guy in the office was super rude when I had an issue as well. Otherwise it's a basic apartment place since there is no access to most of the amenities.

I just wanted to share as I wish I would have known before I had moved in, as it is not explained up front. The water/sewer bill is not billed to your apartment by usage, instead it is one large bill that is divided up between all of the apartments, so no matter how much or how little you use, you receive an astronomical bill, there is no incentive to conserve. My bills would run anywhere from 140.00 to 180.00 per month for myself and one child in the apartment. This additional expense was not expected and therefore I wanted to share so that no one else has the surprise that I received with my first bill. I now live in a different community and my bill is never more than $45.00 for both water and sewer.

I really enjoyed living here the past year. My two roommates and I (and roommate's dog) really liked it here! The apartments are not brand new, but they're kept in good condition, and lately they've been remodeling lots of them. It was a really quiet place to live. The pool, hot tub, and gym are kept really clean and the lounge area is super cozy! The staff work really hard decorating the lounge for holidays, too!!! (My favorite was Halloween.) They hold community events here every few months, and our neighbors were all really kind. There's also a really nice wooded area and field out back for short walks or exploring with your dog. And I heard they just built a dog park in the community! But most importantly, the staff here were so nice!!! Especially Chris and Alaina. I can't say enough good things about them. Chris is like, the friendliest person I've ever met and I wish he was my best friend. When we had a problem with our apartment he personally worked hard until it was quickly resolved. Alaina is so nice and fun to talk to. They're both great at what they do. I didn't meet too many other people in the office, but I can vouch for those two! They really made Cascade Summit a great place. We would have definitely stayed here, but we moved to be closer to work. Five stars for Cascade Summit!!

I felt the need to review to have this place redeem itself! I LOVE this place! The people at the office are such kind hearted people. When we first moved in, we were going to move in with two dogs, but something happened with my second dog, but couldn't tell the office right away. Told the office that I never had the dog, and refunded it back! I was there almost a year! They are definitely kind people. I do have sometimes loud upstairs neighbors, but I am at complete understanding, this IS appartment life! Plus, you really can't beat living so close to a coffee shop, good dinning, and a grocery store across the street. It's amazing! Guess it's all about perspective. I've been here for two years, and I absolutely love my place. Depends on the persons temperament, patience, and the heart of kindness because no one is perfect.
