WATCH! USPS now! Even though they say the flat rate boxes are charged at a one-time fee. They are NOW over charging and trying to say it wasn’t sent in one of their boxes. Even though it was used. They charged $21.50 for the large flat rate box. Then when it was shipped and the customer received it. They charged our account an additional $60.60. REALLY! Then when you try to email or even call them. There is NO response. ALL automated! Left several emails and calls over the last 3 weeks with NO RESPONSE! POOR SERVICE USPS! SO ALL OF YOU WATCH OUT FOR THIS! See Picture Proof!

NEVER BUY A MONEY ORDER! I have a POST OFFICE money order that the POST OFFICE refuses to cash because they say “we don’t have enough money”. I went to 7 separate Post Offices and it’s the same song and dance. Why sell $1000 money orders if you can’t cash a $1000 money order! No other institution will cash it either. DONT BUY MONEY ORDERS FROM THE POST OFFICE!

When we moved in it was demanded we install a parcel locker at the end of our driveway or they would not attempt any deliveries, we would have to pick them up from the OC office. Now that we have a large and conveniently placed parcel locker we get to watch them mark deliveries as "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" without ever exiting their vehicle and go pick them up from the OC office anyways! Very awesome, 10 out of 10, much wow! I never would have guessed exiting your vehicle and walking a maximum of 5-10 steps to lift a lid and drop a box inside was such an overwhelming demand on the body and soul. I do fully understand how the clear, unobstructed, and graveled journey from the emotional safe space of your vehicle to the locker you can literally park within 6 inches of is far too much to bear. My heart goes out to the delivery personnel who carry this great burden valiantly. Stay strong... stay strong as you pull that delivery attempted pad off your dashboard, lift that cumbersome pen and leave behind the signature of "I can't be bothered to even pretend to care". I do look forward to making another journey to the OC office and be told they can't find the package so I may return home and wait for the final notice to appear so I know I can actually retrieve it from the office this time. There are only a few things in life I know I can depend on... the sky is blue, the earth is obviously flat, and USPS won't deliver my packages. We've complained to supervisors/managers multiple times and they always claim they're helpless in these scenarios and not able to do anything. Our neighbor recently found one of our packages in the ditch, picked it up and put in the locker for us.

Had to go to this post office due to West Linn closing our Post Office. Was mailing a package to my nephew who is deployed in Africa until July. There is special customs label that needs to be filled out with specific info and the woman at the counter was not only knowledgeable but also very patient . She helped me from start to finish. Explained the process so I could breeze thru it the next time I send him a care package. Great experience there on OC but I wish we had our local USPS back!

Having the same problem and i live just off Bradley. Amazon says delivery was attempted and could not access the box AND no one was home AND the address was unknown. A) It's a centralized mailbox for the neighborhood, with a separate locking box for packages. B)i work from home. Someone is ALWAYS here. C) The address is on the inside of the box and the centralized boxes are on the corner of my property, and no other carrier seems to have a hard time finding the house that's right there in plain view. I'm so frustrated i could scream. I just want my mail and packages. Why is that so hard???
Each address provides it's OWN post, box, and must comply with policies exactly! Take care . . .
