Having the same problem and i live just off Bradley. Amazon says delivery was attempted and could not access the box AND no one was home AND the address was unknown. A) It's a centralized mailbox for the neighborhood, with a separate locking box for packages. B)i work from home. Someone is ALWAYS here. C) The address is on the inside of the box and the centralized boxes are on the corner of my property, and no other carrier seems to have a hard time finding the house that's right there in plain view. I'm so frustrated i could scream. I just want my mail and packages. Why is that so hard???

Check with the Post Office, you may have substitute carriers dye to shortage. We had the same problem on Maple Lane. Suggestion: if possible have your mail held at Post Office to be picked up until there is a permanent carrier for home delivery. I use the Informed Delivery app on my phone. I'm notified on it and in my email when mail or packages are due to be delivered.
