They have rebuilt the park and now there's so much for children to do! Swings to slides. You will be probably spend a good 2 hour's there with your kids.

I loved the history and story of the lighthouse. Toured it through the Historic Sites Welcome Center. The lighthouse is furnished with antique furniture. I took lots of pictures.

This park is a great place to bring kids. Lots of new playground equipment and zip line. It has great exercise stations along with lots of picnic areas and grills. There are bathrooms and plentiful parking. There is a lighthouse, welcome center and trolley tour within walking distance. It also has boat access. It is a great place to stroll with friends or bring the family.
