Worst ever place to pick up they are so slow and I’ve been waiting for 4hrs to get loaded.

I don’t know what is going on at their guard shack. I’ve been here waiting for almost 3hrs to check in so I can drop & hook. This is ridiculous. It should not be taking this long to check in and check out. Especially with 10 rigs needing to get in and get out. These people need to get their act together. I already do not like coming to this UA location at all. Be prepared to sit & wait. And to loose time, miles, money, and be late for other appointments and deliveries.
