Avoid this place at all times. Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 4 tires that were 3 weeks delayed, but this isn’t what made the experience bad. To start out, when you follow Up about your order, they (Mike the manager) tells you to go in on Mondays or to call back on Monday even though they are closed on Monday and they know that. They do this to get you off the phone. (Which they don’t do a great job answering) The delayed order caused me to go in to pick up the tires after I had surgery, therefore I had to go with my wife. We had told them that we wanted the tires installed when we picked up the tires, they gave us the pricing and told us that installing them wouldn’t be an issue. Once we get there, they say that installation is by appointment only. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said their tire installing machine was broken. I asked to just give us the tires and we would get them installed elsewhere, they make us move the car to the shop in the back, and there we are receiving 4 tires from 3 men (two who work at the shop and one in the front) the three men throw the tires on our truck bed, my wife asks if they can organize it in a way so that they don’t fall out while we drive. They ignore the fact that she asked that and instead, they wait for my wife to get in the truck bed so that she can start loading and organizing them. (I couldn’t because of knee surgery) so I get upset and tell them that how could they just stand there waiting for my wife to load and organize 4 huge tires into a truck bed while they just sat there and stared. Instead of realizing that they should be helping the customer, one of the men started arguing back and saying “wassup wassup” as if he was trying to start an argument. The two workers from the shop just stood there watching without offering any help. The worker in the front who helped us get the tires was very nice and helpful, his lights just shut off when we got to the back and it was time to help.
