I’ve been living here for over 2 years, the staff at the office are lazy. When an issue presents itself that needs to be resolved they avoid your phone calls and emails. Due to “omicron cases” their office is now closed so there’s no way to show up at the office to get their attention and actually do something. It’s always something with the office staff and their office constantly changing their schedule, so it makes it hard for the residents to get immediate assistance. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the treatment we get from the office staff. Very poor and unprofessional behavior, Chessie I believe that’s her name is rude gives an attitude over the phone. Doesn’t even let you finish your sentence when explaining the situation. No etiquette training whatsoever. They don’t know how to reply to emails professionally and when after 20 emails sending back to back to get a reply, they reply basically giving no solution to help; They do not care. The first year living here they would avoid phone calls as well when I was trying to get minor things resolved. Until you go to the office and see that they are completely ignoring your calls. Now I believe that’s why they avoid keeping the office open so they wouldn’t have to deal in person with resolving residents situations. 2 years living here and we never even disturbed management or anything, but now that we need assistance regarding our lease that was an error on their end they are not fixing the issue. We’ve given them our correct emails prior to this situation before and they’ve never even corrected it until now. I’ve called all week, my emails clearly say to return my phone call, and when they do reply that one time leaving you with no help at all don’t even bother to call you. Basically left my problem half way resolved. I’m still waiting for them to adjust the $300 balance on my portal for the month to month fee, which is incorrect because we signed the lease. It’s not complicated but they prefer to avoid phone calls and emails, which make tenants frustrated. I understand how customer service works everything can be resolved in a timely manner, At least email the resident back that you will call the resident back. It’s just completely unprofessional. Mind you, We started rent for a studio at $925 then $950 now $1,000. Every year they raise about $50. Now out of the 4 gates only 1 works!! and it’s been about 4 month or so that they have yet to fix. So everyone that lives by the leasing office has to be coming out of the complex the wrong way by the only 1 entrance there is. I wish I didn’t have to renew my lease but this would be my last year with this place. The staff need serious etiquette training. They need completely new staff at the office because no one cares to work there, I’m sorry to say it but that’s the truth. Those who lived here long enough know.

The people at this place have the worst customer service ever, you can the office they hang up on you and the voice mail is full, after calling for hours when they answer and you want to see the apartment they don’t want to show you the apartment they just want you to see it online. After weeks of being in the process of trying to rent after paying the application fee and all of that they don’t even call you back. It is just disrespectful. I hope the owners is this place will be reading this and please be mindful of the people that you put to represent your business because they are not giving a good impression is this beautiful apartments just because they are so rude anyone who wanted to live there after speaking with them will definitely lose their Interest!

I see nothing has changed that place was horrible. I cought respiratory infections from the mold there. It is definitely a no if people want to move there. Especially not the old apartments

Community ok. Fairly safe (security) you can install security methods (directed to 911) Renovated, not sure upgrade. Roach depends on you, I do not have pests but can not vouch for others. Being clean and keep clean is a plus. They fumigate and I personally do as well.
Visiting parking, you can park were available until 9 or 10 pm. After if you don't have a parking sticker it could be towed.

Definitely not the staff is nasty they are very inconsiderate people at times yes the place does have those little roaches eventually maybe after a month or two you start seeing them and they become very annoying maintenance is a b**** to keep up with their so many orders they have so they say and they never come on time this is a terrible place to go home the person named Kristina n Chessie are very nasty people
