Not happy with Lowes. I will never shop there again. I do not recommend making a major purchase from them or buy anything from them. When I went into Lowe’s to purchase the dishwasher, the online price is $799. The sales person said oh no it is $100 more. She would not honor the online price. She said they cannot give me the online price because it is in stock. Then it turns out it was not in stock anyway and we had to wait several weeks for it to be delivered to their store. Poor customer service, high turn over. I was waiting for a call back from one of their managers and I found out he no longer works there. It’s as if their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing! They use a third party out of town installation company called Premier based in Northern California. The installer measured wrong and insisted on installation of an ADA smaller sized dish washer. He refused to install the good Whirlpool three rack dishwasher that we wanted that I ordered and my wife and I had to buy a smaller Frigidaire so called ADA dishwasher for more money. It is like a toy dishwasher with small shallow racks and even looks too small for our kitchen cabinet. Their only solution is to come, un install it and give us a refund after months of waiting already. They do not want to make it right in a proper way a reputable company should Avoid.
