Frank Rowe used to be a small family owned business with personal service. That is no longer. I called there yesterday and was insured that there was a sharpener there daily. After driving over 90 minutes I was then told the sharpener is not there daily, they only have a part time person and who ever answered the phone is from a call center not even located in their location. I know Frank Rowe was recently purchased. It would probably be wise to change the name because there are expectations that come with the Frank Rowe name that the new ownership clearly cannot meet. Thank you for wasting 3 hours of my life, and my gas for absolutely nothing.

I ordered a few items from this company for the first time. When I received them I was surprised to find, NOT my items but someone else's that were some blades & a dremel attachment. I had ordered 3 pr of hemastats for pulling out hair of my poodles' ears, some plaque spray, & tear stain remover. I've sent 3 emails with pics of my receipt & what I received, never getting a reply as to where my items are. My name & address is blocked out on this pic but not on the one I sent back to Frank Rowe & Son. I know that sometimes a mistake can happen but to never reply is not good for a business. I certainly won't buy from them again. Obviously they do not care for their customers no matter how many 5 star reviews they get.

Amazing business. I accidentally came across them one day and im so glad I did! I always receive my packages quickly. I will only use them for all of my grooming supplies l!!

Thank you for contacting Frank Rowe & Son Inc. concerning your Clippers Repair. We repair clippers including the Oster A5, Andis and Wahl, large and small animal clippers and trimmers. Small Animal and Trimmer Clipper Repair cost $20.00 plus parts for professional pet groomer, Large Animal Clipper Repair cost $25.00 plus parts for professional animal groomer. Our typical turnaround time is 3 days in the shop. If the repair is under $50.00 we repair the clipper and call you (unless you included payment information with your order) when it is ready to be returned. If the repair is over $50.00 we will call for repair approval, at that time you can decide to have the clipper repaired, or to not repaired the clipper and have it sent back to you disassembled (No Charge) or have it reassembled using all of the old parts ($5.00 reassemble fee) and sent back to you or you can choose to have us dispose of the clipper for you.
