This apartment is alright but walls are thin, management office is slow, and there are a lot of hidden fees. Been moved out for a few months now and I received a call from the debt collector saying there is missing payments. The staff is nice but unable to be helpful. Lived there for a year and the dishwasher has been broken for the whole time of the stay. Please don’t live here if you want to frequently contact maintenance or want to deal with hell of a lot of hidden fees

You should be ashamed of yourselves not renting to a military member and a graduate of the school that sits directly across the street. Hershey you are not, so stop trying to fit in with the upper class.

If you want luxury living at an affordable price Woodland Hills is that place! I absolutely LOVE living here! I read all the posted reviews before deciding to live here and I am having a different experience. The parking is not an issue. The parking spot closest to your building’s door may be taken but there is plenty of parking elsewhere. Just park and walk a few extra steps. The apartments are very spacious and the kitchen is my favorite part. Plenty of cabinet space and there’s even a lazy susan. It’s actually pretty quiet in my apartment during the day and at night. I do hear some noise from the highway but it’s not loud or consistent enough to prevent peaceful sleep. I actually have to sleep during the daytime when the highway is the busiest due to my current work schedule and I sleep great during the daytime! Awesome property management staff! They are super friendly and very helpful. Kelsey is very informative and keeps everyone updated with events at the property and the community. Deciding to live here is the best decision I could have ever made. It’s given me the work-life balance I’ve longed searched for.
