wish I could give them less than 1 star. this company is terrible. UGI dug up our road to replace gas lines decided the water line from the road to the curb needed replaced. I have been without water pressure for 8 days. They came out on 3 occasions and told me my meter and water pressure is fine, they are coming out a 4th time to "listen to the lines". She informed me that from the curb to my home is my responsibility, which I'm not disputing IF IT WERE MY FAULT...my water was fine before they decided to mess with their end. Now I am supposed to contact a plumber because of their incompetency.

It would be nice when I call to make a payment...like the office is actually opened! Online payment is not a new phenomenon. Unfortunately, we would not have to deal with this but for the community electing the worst Borough Council in a generation who sold us up a creek to $$ that is completely gone, now. Middletown is married to this company for the next generation. Most of us will be dead when this deal expires, and we will have nothing to show for it. Thank you, Chris McNamara!

Terrible on so many accounts! They have been working on water lines on my street for several weeks now and literally sent not one notification in regards to this. Our driveway has been blocked, a huge generator has been running in front of our house 12 hours a day...again none of this was told to us which is beyond inconsiderate! Now they just hit a waterline and I have no water at all! I'm a stay at home mom and I can't bathe my child or even provide my dogs with water! How is this company able to cut up your property, mess with your water supply and have no one available to help or tall to regarding these issues! Not to mention they charge monthly for sewage and base it off your meter so you get charged double for watering a garden! I don't hate and prefer to use the term dislike but this company I actually hate! Shame on you for ripping off hard working home owners and having no consideration for their well being or property!

When do you plan on fixing this issue? Seems like this is taking awhile.

New samples have been submitted to DEP we will not here back from them until around noon tomorrow. Before we would be able to lift the boil advisory. There has been no indication of contamination within the system. Chlorine levels within the distribution system remained at state required levels.

We have a whole house water filtration system. Do we still need to boil water

Just as a precautionary measure you should still boil the water for consumption.
