We enjoyed our stay here it’s a great location. It’s not super close to the metro but being on the water is amazing. The atmosphere on the boardwalk is so quiet and comfortable, it was nice to just relax after being on the go all day. I will say, I’m not a fan of their elevators. Rooms were comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly.

I had a king bed with partial river view. There is a safe but they don't have refrigerators. They have coolers. You have to put ice in the cooler to keep your items cool. Sounds crazy but this must be an energy credit or something since the building is LEED Gold.
No idea that might be a good question for the hotel manager. I've found the staff to be quite helpful
