Shuttle drivers at midnight were horrible. No sense of urgency with getting patrons to their cars. Could not exit the lot for 8 minutes due to some sort of problem with the gate. This occurred at midnight and trying to get help with the call button was like spitting in the wind.

Very TOXIC work environment.... Mike S. ,( 4:30am to 2::30pm. ) Mon - Fri. Tony ( 2:30 pm. to 10:30 pm) Mon. - Fri. Sat 12:30pm These two very very fake Bullies. They try to bully & push the white people around . They try to take all the customers for the tips... Mike S. And Maintenance manager Steve. ..even made fun when a new Jeep truck in the winter left his driver window down for five weeks. We are hiring if you want to tolerate this low class behavior... You wouldn't believe they are 70 ish....act worst then children. ..
