This place needs to figure out their tracking and delivery dilemma. 2 times now, within a couple months, tracking showed "on truck for delivery" in the morning. Then later in the day I get an email " delivery attempt was made but a resident security risk was present, will try delivery again next business day". I was home both times all day.....

The customer service is honestly the worse I have ever experienced. Three days in a row they "attempted" to deliver my package and nobody even came to the door. Then you speak to customer service and they do absolutely nothing.

Never any staff behind the counter & if you get lucky somehow they are rarely able to actually assist you. I was turned away the last time a package was received at this location, they told me to come back tomorrow because they were too short staffed to go find my package… Save yourself some time & headache…USE UPS INSTEAD!

No, other than Fed Ex drop boxes. You can find the location of the closest drop box by searching on the Fed Ex website. The nearest customer center to Hershey is in Middletown on Fulling Mill Rd.
