So far they’ve gotten my order wrong twice and this time it looked as though they were spitting on my pizza while talking over my food maybe even fast food workers need a psych evaluation before being hired perception isn’t everything and this place has been quite ridiculous

AWFUL. Ordered pizza for delivery, the driver came, seemed as though he couldnt find the pizza. He said he would be back, marked it as delivered and never returned. Called the restaurant where I was hung up on multiple times. I had to go home for a funeral and called again a few days later, where they treated me as if i were stupid for calling again. The manager said he could not help me and gave me the owners number, who i called and left a detailed message, but I was never called back. Paid $50 and got nothing, not even a refund, never order from here. As someone who works in the restaurant industry i like to think I am understanding but this is absolutely disgusting service

I tried giving this Domino's another chance and want to give them 0 ⭐. The app and text don't match. I was getting texts tellinge about my delivery that was not matching me getting my delivery. I don't know if the driver was high but he was so slow once he got to my door. My order was not correct, which made my dining experience terrible. I get delivery all the time from different establishments and not once had I had to worry about my food smelling like cigarette smoke. This store needs better training especially customer service answering the phone like it was a home phone. I need Domino's to do better and not try to make up their store mistakes with coupons.

Last time I ordered from here the pizza didn’t arrive and the woman answering the phones told it that it did and hung up on me. Ok cool. Fine. I guess it was too busy to remake or make right. Tried again. This time the pizzas actually showed up but they missed toppings on both pizzas (sausage) and failed to cut the pizza? I know it’s dominos and I’m not expecting gourmet cuisine but come on now…. That’s embarrassing
