Hold times average around 30min and you have to pay 22$ to make a payment over the phone like in the 90s . I wish they had a app to make payments like everyone else has for the last 10 years.i would suggest a bank that is more established with modern practices

I have had this bank for almost 29 years and was excited for the Vancouver branch to open since we’ve been living in Western Oregon for over 25 years. The branch people are very friendly and helpful. I’ve lived in three different states and have kept this bank because of the great interest on my savings accounts and all the extras. We’ve had car loans through them and their rates have always been lower or compareable to the dealer for a new car.
