Avoid at all costs. I have worked with these people for 4 years and it's a huge mistake. I've had nothing but problems with this bank, fees, charged wrong. Customer service is awful, employees are rude doesn't matter what location you're at. I am so excited to pay off my loan amounts and cancel my account. I will never work with these people again in my life and I will make sure none of my friends or family do either. If I could give a negative rating I would!

The loan officer (Maddy) was awesome. The first loan I had taken out had to be paid off (due to mechanical issues) and a new loan for a different car done in it's place. Even though it was a very tense situation, Maddy was able handle the situation quickly. I had used IQ Credit Union in the past for auto loans, but the service I received in this situation has won my loyalty in the future.
