This bank is the best I've ever worked with. So helpful and knowledgeable. Loans are easy and fast. Their online banking is the best I've encountered. Will never go anywhere else. They have a customer for life.

Fee Happy Bank. I belong to two credit unions, in the other, not IQ, credit union if you have an overdraft they transfer money from your line of credit to cover it, no fee. At IQ they will do the same, but they charge you $30 bucks! $30 bucks for an internal bank transfer! $30 for executing about 6 lines of computer code. It shouldn't even need a human to be involved. I don't overdraft often so it doesn't impact me a great deal, but it is the principal of the thing. If they think it is okay to charge you $30 bucks for doing almost nothing then I don't think I want to do business with them. I don't recommend this business.

I'm not even sure why they are part of shared branch banking. My wife called me crying about how they refused to help her out this morning. I will be filing a complaint. This isn't the first time they have behaved this way. There is a culture of poor customer service for shared branch banking lasting more than a year.
