Super bad customer service and so rude as well, I paid for my food just to see they didn’t even put the sauces and they didn’t even give receipt, and to top it all up throw the food almost in my face and I didn’t say a single word to them at all. Disappointed!

This is the worst location ever..... My double QPC was short a burger...my fries was half way cooked.... This place needs more supervision.

Was in line for 20 minutes and only 6 cars had moved. Then I order at the drive thru, I gave them my code and order, I was very disappointed that everytime I come to this McDonald's I am never able to get a sundae( the machine is always broke) and then I asked to redeem a free large fry from the app. I was then told they would give me my total at the first window. I get to the window after receiving my receipt notice they charged me for the free fry. I handed the cashier the bag and notified her the error in my receipt. She told me that she could not accept the fries back and closed the window. Then another cashier came over and asked me what had happened I explained the situation and informed her that i just wanted a refund for the fries and that if they could not be redeemed as a free item, I no longer wanted them. The cashier began to question me about my order process in a rude like manner and and I i explained again and handed her the fries and asked again for a refund. Then to get home to find out the burger was thrown together and salty. I will never eat here again!!!

This was the worst experience at a McDonald’s drive thru that I’ve ever had. If this site would let me post without a star, I would. I was trapped in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and all I wanted was an iced coffee. It was ridiculous and if I could’ve gotten my car out of the busy line, I would’ve! The person taking my order was friendly enough but the processing of the orders and the wait time was insane. I’m not sure what was going on inside the store but service within a “timely manner” was obviously not a familiar concept. The icing on the cake was that after I finally received my iced vanilla coffee and drove off, it was not vanilla at all but just iced coffee. Never again!
