I was just in the store and a female customer came into the store and she had a puppy and a child. The woman allow the customer to first bring the puppy in the store and second the puppy lick right where the soza dispenser is and nothing was said. I am very upset. This is contamination. I do not eat with animals. This was not a service animal.

Went through the drive-thru. Quick order taker but then they asked me to pull up to the second window ig bcs my food wasn't ready. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries... i was like okay that's fine i get that. I sat there for 15+ mins watching them give orders out to at least 4 other cars that were behind me in line. That i could also possibly understand, but then i finally get my food after like i said 15+ mins and my food was COLD. The fries were soggy and COLD. My burger wasn't even Warm... 👎🏻 i don't even have high expectations for fast food but you better leave your expectations at home for this joint.

Just went tonight and they were not taking orders at drive thru! Got there an hour before they closed and sat in the drive thru for quite a while longer than normal. While at the screen where you place your order I could hear back ground noise and chatter but noone would take my order. It wasn't until I saw cars that had been ahead of me that I thought were getting waited on pull back around to warn people that they weren't accepting business. I pulled around the side and could see people inside cleaning up so I ended up at burger King across the street as did everyone else in line. I'm sure BK didn't mind the extra money 😉

Food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. The associates working were pleasant and professional. The dining room was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.
