The wait wasn't bad for being in the airport. They could have used another person to help with orders in the front. I was able to eat and still have time for my plane that got delayed twice.

They have a very limited menu. Cashiers were standing around talking while there was a line, and the person who was getting something to eat said the soda was warm and too sweet. Customer Service is not like I've seen at other locations.

No one seemed to know what they were doing, and no one seemed in charge. One register wasn’t set up for cash, so the employees had to use the one working terminal for cash transactions, and the one I was at was rung up at wouldn’t take card. I waited for about 5 minutes while they stood around trying to figure out why it wasn’t working and finally left without ordering. I love chick fil a and have always had good experiences but this location was definitely not up to par.

If I could could put 0 stars I would!! I hated this location the workers are rude and unpleasant when i asked for the managers they were no better! One manager was very rude and told me to step back in line when I walked up to the register and she called on someone else. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my meal because the workers in the back were taking too long to put food up specifically fries! THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A EVER and I absolutely love chick fil a but from now on i’m going to make sure i avoid this location.
