For some reason they couldn't serve any breakfast sandwiches when they opened. Not sure why they don't open till 6 since other restaurants open earlier. Waited in line for them to open and then had to figure out an alternative order. They kinda mixed up my order but it wasn't worth standing in line to deal with it.

Amazing staff. I ordered from the app which sends it to the wrong McDonald's, despite CLEARLY saying pickup is in "southwest terminal." I told the lady at the counter after waiting 20 minutes and she gladly put my order in immediately despite there being a line of ~20 people and didn't charge me what I'd already paid in the app. I fly out of BWI frequently and I'll absolutely revisit the location

the most vomiting burger I've ever tasted. A Crispy Chicken without tomato, without lettuce ... and without cheese !!! Just see the pictures. A pittance of a menu. And that they treat you, in addition, with the face of a dog is simply a shame. Horrible menu and worst service. Don't even think about going if you don't want to spoil the day.

Employees closed the store at 8pm turning away guests from 730 on saying they only had very limited items. At 8pm the employees decided to hang out in the chairs facing the McDonald’s and eat the food that had been cooked and turn away guests that walked up to the order counter. I believe they were staying on the clock but closing early.
