I ordered two new Wygu burger meals and the employee got it wrong, he gave me a roast beef sandwich, I don't know how you can confuse the two and when I opened the other, it was a sloppy mushy mess that was supposed to be a burger, which was raw, not medium like it's supposed to be forgot half the condiments that go on the burger and then they're too lazy to swirl the orange shake, never again

The roast beef sandwich have the meat for two . Buffalo boneless chicken were tender and a good size for 6 pieces.

The Golden Ring location manager is the rudest. I went there several times and always got her attitude for absolutely no reason. I shouldn't have to tell her thanks and to have a nice day. She should say that to me. Every time I went there, she was rude and condescending, and she really shouldn't work in retail. So I never went back to Arby's since and that's their loss. They should hire nice people instead of trying to train them to be nice. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean we should disrespect each other.
