For the third time in a row that I ordered apple pies at night after 10 pm through the drive thru I got expired pies. The first time didn't notice till I got home. The second time I did the same and forgot to check before I left. This time I checked. I told the lady I wanted fresh pies and she said it would take 3 minutes and told me to pull up. After over 15 minutes I had to get out of my car and go get them because they forgot I was sitting outside.

These workers are so rude. It’s ridiculous. The way they take orders at the drive thru is ignorant. A tall dark skin girl with short hair is taking our order and she’s proceeded to say “You want a what? Is that it? Just pull up to the window” with an attitude. That’s why I hate ordering in these type of areas. The customer service is truly embarrassing.

Horrible experience. A young dark skinned lady blond with a nose piercing gave me cold large fries, when i asked for hotter large fries in a nice way she got an attitude and gave me some what warm but medium fries, i asked again and she took a longer time before threw my bag on the counter then looked at me like i did her wrong the fries wasn't worth it. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

If you order here, ALWAYS check your order. This place has a history of messing up orders, especially simple orders. A third of the crew just doesn't care, a third can't translate the orders, and the management has to rely on the last third to repeatedly fix everyone else's mistakes. Out of the 30 past orders, 6 were correct with any mistakes.
