This location has bad communication and customer service! The shirt manager lady does not communicate well with customers at all. Staff are giving out doordash and grubhub orders without having the delivery driver confirm the order infront of them. I will be contacting head quarters for my waste of time.

9 times out of 10 order is wrong. The service is slow and items are not available. My sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is missing the egg.

Whole store floors was dirty.(like my mom use to say, if your feet dirty then your dirty, ur feet is the 1st thing to touch the water)(floor dirty=store dirty) Trifling, how r they washing there hands. And it’s a used bar of soap on the toilet 😂💀😂

I normally don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s but when I do I order a double quarter pounder with cheese with only ketchup, cheese, Mayo. Very simple request but for some reason the cooks at the McDonald’s can never seem to properly cook the patties correctly. I understand having a lot of orders in front you but rushing someone food out the window just to make the drive thru time is unacceptable by anyone standards. This location has multiple parking spots to have someone wait for their food if it’s going to take a few more minutes to properly cook the food that was ordered. In this case and like the previous times visiting a McDonald’s location my food was UNDERCOOKED. McDonald’s if y’all can’t train the cooks to properly clean the grill before cooking then take the item off the menu cause my next steps are to seek legal counsel and stop spending my money at McDonald’s all together.
