Nurse Janet, Ravi and their trainees are absolutely incredible. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for their hard work, dedication, compassion and willingness to help me with my health issues. I have had to see these wonderful ladies and their group of women for almost a year now on and off and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. I have a very busy life so scheduling around my full time job, young toddler, etc has been very challenging. However, they do whatever they can to accommodate me and my schedule. Ravi gives me the absolute best treatment as well as Janet. They have trained two wonderful ladies and they are incredible because of them being trained properly. Janet is one of the most knowledgeable nurses I’ve ever had in my life. She was able to explain my condition to me I so I could understand how to help my condition and treatment. Thank you so much wound care at Sunnybrook! You have been absolutely incredible!

Both Doctor Uram and his nurse are very good kind people. Their professionalism is outstanding. I always feel comfortable in their hands.

Audiologist Julie Fitzpatrick fit me with Oticon hearing aids today. Although the rush of information seemed like it was gushing from a firehose, I came away with the reassurance that I would get help to adjust to my new device.

I've been a member for over 20 years and am getting more and more disgusted with Kaiser. Trying to get an appointment in less than six weeks is nearly impossible. Trying to get through on the phone for advice is a joke (I spent 75 minutes on hold the other day and my call was never picked up). Doctors and other personnel are bailing out in droves. I'm beyond sick of always having to choose new doctors (five of mine have left). Not one person I've spoken to is happy with their job. Someone ought to be taking a hard look at the utterly awful gastroenterology department where the solution to all medical needs can be solved by eating more fiber. But then, we all know that Kaiser is still raking in the money...

Audiology is upstairs in the Sunnybrook building, on the far east end
It depends on where he's having the procedure. If he's in the hospital or at Mount Scott you can just go in and sit in one of the lobbies outside of where he's having the procedure and no one will challenge you. Then there's not much to do other then go to the other buildings.
