I paid to have an N95 mask fit test done. I brought in documentation specifying what model of N95 needed to be used. The people at the front desk said that they had the model and would be able to test me. After receiving my test, I recieved my documentation which I attempted to turn in, at which point I was told that a completely different model had been used. I called the clinic to notify them of their error. They told me that I had asked for an N95 test and been given one, acting as if all N95 models were the same. They refused to refund or retest with the appropriate model, even though they had failed to render the appropriate services that I had clearly and unambiguously asked for. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Do not lie to your clients about your services for money.

The doctor answered all my questions. Was very patient with me regarding my concerns. The staff are very nice. I also do physical therapy there and they are so nice and give u great ideals to help u get to where u were. They take the time with u to make sure ur not overdoing it. Give u resources to help u. Very happy with my experience there

My schedule appt. was @9:30, showed up 5mins early. Went to the front counter and was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly, she handed me a couple documents to sign which took less than 2mins to fill out. I was there for employment so I was taking drug test. So sat done after filling out paper work, they told me it’ll take 15mins. I was in and out in no time there service is way way way better than most places I’ve been to!

Clinic was extremely busy but all the girls work together very nicely. Accommodating all patients in a timely manner as well as giving them an expected time for their services. Effectively communicating the expected time from moment of check-in through the end of visit shows consideration for the patients time. Great teamwork!
