I drove all the way to this location, through holiday traffic and they would not take any more orders for the day. I literally had one polo shirt that needed a simple embroidery. Didn’t need it today, just wanted to place the order. This was at 2:30pm and the website says they don’t close until 7:30pm. Needless to say I won’t be doing business here any longer. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Horrible experience today by the guy at seat #4 and doing the customer check in list. I was quoted a decent price on the phone only to arrive there and was told by this so called designer at seat #4 a higher price, I was still ok with the new price but the guy seemed to have a chip on his shoulder like my measly 2 youth shirts I wanted for my kids wasn’t a big enough order $40 for just 2 youth shirts. After he placed prints on shirts that I also notice him laughing at with his co workers he just brushed me off to pay for them. I asked the guys at the silk screen side if there were any better options and he said I could try digital transfer which I did appreciate. For someone who is a business owner like myself would take situations like this seriously as it will effect a business. Just so happens I am a long time customer to another one of their locations and looking for a screen printing company closer to my business to order bulk orders from. Me and a group of friends actually really liked this company many years ago but seems like things have definitely changed. I will pass on T shirt Mart at this location for better service elsewhere.

Alright, I usually leave great reviews at places I go... Don't get me wrong, as a silkscreener, I LOVE t-shirt mart BUT this location in particular, I feel like they just want to avoid you all together. Maybe I'm alone in feeling that way, maybe it's because they're slammed with work, I'm never entirely sure. The expertise is great, the prices are even better, I just wish I was greeted a bit sooner and more welcoming than they usually do. Sports Arena T-Shirt Mart is my preferred location.
