I visited this place on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We waited only a couple of minutes for a table with a great view of the boardwalk and the beach. The food was great, kids loved their food as well. Everything was seasoned well and tasted fresh. Great local beers on draft

We ate three times on our four days there. We just kept going back. Dinner off the plane.. Jumbo Prawns and that Lobster Bisque is incredible... The most beautiful wait staff anywhere...we had breakfast two of the three morning's we stayed. Blackened prime rib and eggs with taters n toast and the Vegi omelette. I had the Omelette the next day and my wife had the Banana pancakes 🥞... I'll definitely go back... 😋

My wife and I have been in Mission Beach the last few days. We have been up and down the boardwalk many times and have passed World Famous on numerous occasions. We walked up to get dinner one evening and were pleasantly surprised! The food was exceptional and far surpassed our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The wait was reasonable and our server, Maddi, was pleasant, friendly and conscientious. We will certainly be back. If you are in the San Diego area, be sure to check out World Famous

Great service, food and location. Come here to get everything that you want and more. If there was a better place I don’t know about it! Maybe that’s not true… This is the only place that I’ve been to in San Diego for breakfast. I recommend getting the dude drink. I got the breakfast burrito. It is delicious as it is beautiful. Wonderful day but aren’t they always out here?

No inside seating, they have a table outside to order. Orders take 15-25 minutes depending on what you are ordering. Suggestion , call ahead and pick-up. If you are staying close by, you might be able to walk over. We were at the Catamaran resort and got back and the food was still hot
Armando was the founder but lost the name in a legal battle. They moved to the present location and Arnando opened the Green Flash. I've not been there in years, so who knows?
It's right on the boardwalk and the prices reflect that. It isn't outside of the area prices though. $$
Underground parking at the Promenade next door, free with validation.
NO dogs small or large are allowed with the exception of service dogs.
They could not answer my questions. It made me uncomfortable. We left.
