Always a pleasure working with Cam and her crew. I've been doing business with them for many years. At my new location, we have an EmbroidMe nearby, but I've always dealt with the Balboa branch and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else (regardless of travel inconvenience).

1 person/single party in the showroom at a time; everybody wears a mask. Expedited pickup and dropoff to minimize contact - call ahead to arrange. Most transactions can be handled by phone and email. Hand sanitizer available. Minimal employees present.

I have a BBQ cover made of Sunbrella that slightly burned cooking dinner but not all the way through. Can someone take a new piece of Sunbrella, embroider it with a logo and stitch it back over the burned area?

Hi Tim, In theory that kind of repair should be possibly, but it's not something we'd take on. I recommend finding an upholstery shop that works on patio furniture. We embroider logos all day long, but sourcing Sunbrella fabric and the patching/assembly portion of the job is outside our wheelhouse. It may well be more economical to simply order a new grill cover.

Do this business create custom velcro patches?

Yes! Patch backing can come with velcro attachment, iron-on backing, or left plain for sewing on. Typically there is a minimum order of 50 pieces for any type of custom embroidered patch.
