Stopped in because it was a local brewery we hadn't visited yet. The brewery is much bigger than it looks from the back entrance where the parking is. They have lots of seating and live music frequently. The beer was decent. They cover a wide range of styles so there should be something for everyone. The food that we had was good. We had the pretzel and the pig wings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would return when in the area.

Menu may not be exhaustive, but it is good. If you have nver had pickled garlic, try the pickle plate (has a good variety). Beers are all good and will have something for everyone.

Nice place, exactly what Rising Sun needs. It feels pretty modern on the inside that you forget you're in a small town. The beer is great too. My only complaint would be the poutine, I've spent a lot of time in Canada so I'm pretty picky about the poutines I eat. What I got, I wouldn't call a poutine, wrong gravy, wrong cheese, and wrong fries. It tasted great don't get me wrong, but i had my hopes up, I was happy to find a local place with poutine on the menu, though ended up disappointed by being served one of the most Americanized poutines I've ever had. Real poutine isn't hard to make, and I'm sure they'd sell like crazy if they marketed it as Authentic Québec poutine. Beef gravy, actual cheese curds (not just shredded cheese), and fries that retain their crunch throughout without getting soggy. Plate the fries, then the cheese curds, then pour the gravy over top. Serve it quickly so the cheese doesn't have time to fully melt, when you take the first bite it should "squeak" against your teeth. In Quebec they call it "le fromage skouïk-skouïk" for a reason (squeak-squeak cheese). I'm adding the picture of what I got vs. 2 pictures for reference of what real poutine looks like.

We frequented the Bog at their previous location when they had no food & only their flagship beers. They have added many many beers since then, hard seltzer, and an amazing menu. I’ve never eaten anything here that I didn’t like. As much as I miss the old location, I LOVE the new place. P.S. Try the cowboy caviar & the fish tacos 😉
