One of the best and easiest zoos to get to. Keep in mind the zoo is not gigantic, but has a large amount of animals. I would definitely recommend visiting this zoo if you have kids or even just a date with someone. It’s not expensive and most the time you can just show up and get tickets. The best part to me is it’s not overly crowded and you can take time to look at the animals. *** keep in mind you might have to buy tickets in advance to make sure you check before you go***

This is a great little zoo that my grandkids love. You get to feed the animals and you also able to pet them. You can purchase food here without breaking the bank which is a great bonus for me.

Wonderful staff always helpful. Great open air zoo. Beautiful free range peacocks are fun to watch. Walk the zoo then sit down for a snack/lunch. Great day trip for any age kiddo.

We love the zoo, being local gives us the option to purchase season passes and do more frequent trips to visit all the animals. Friendly staff and cute gift shop. The snack bar serves up great spicy sausage. Get an orange zoo cup and you can feed the alpacas, goats, donkeys.. its a great way to spend a couple hours.

Thank you for thinking of us. If the scraps are small then no, they could be a choking hazard. If they are the size of a baby blanket, then yes we could.
Hot dogs are $1.50 and sausages are $3.00. Drinks range from $1.25-2.
We are not allowed to have indigenous animals unles they can’t be released back. Currently we do not have any opposums.
