So I walk in to try and open a checking account with Tanie or whatever and she is rude asking me how much I make a year and a lot of other personal questions. After handing her my ID and credit card she tells me the address on my ID has to match my current address which is a lie because I called another one location and they simply said bring in a piece of mail. So I called back to speak with a manager after asking the teller if this was true she said it was not and the teller then comes back and said it was true. Very Unprofessional to sit up in that office and lie.

Fantastic service. I've been with PNC since I moved to Delaware 25 years ago. The branch in the Newark Shopping Center is friendly and the manager level folks are kind and helpful. Of course, we're each at the mercy of who is ahead of us in line, and sometimes somebody has a more complex transaction that takes longer. I don't judge, because sometimes that person is me... and sometimes it is you.
