Made a mobile order for my coffee so I don’t have to wait in lines or drive thru to find out their lobby is closed because their bathrooms are closed…. So I have to wait in this ridiculous drive thru line anyways and waste my gas when it is as expensive as it is right now. Not very happy about this! Maybe they should warn when ordering that their lobby is closed and you may as well just order through their drive thru. If I was aware of this, I would have drove the distance to get Dutch or go to a different Starbucks

Waited an hour in the drive thru, got called a fat bean, had my ordered thrown at me, and we all got to throw hands in the establishment. I think their service is the best. 10/10 Will come again.🥰😘

Management needs to have a meeting with employees about making orders correctly. Light caramel does not mean EXTRA🤦♂️. Also soy milk should be shaken so its not sitting at the bottom like spoiled milk.
