My mother has had them come to her her home for 3 weeks now, it took almost 3 weeks to get a shower chair and no help in showering , which one one of the main priorities that the dr wanted them to go over with her. I called and complained to the supervisor last week, it was to be "handled" , still not handled. The person in charge of seeing that she was able to shower while being safe has no clue what to do. What a HUGE waste of money with this company.

Sins of omission. Was not told I would have a copay for my CPAP machine until I got notices for non payments!?! Was not told I needed to initiate my own follow up until I waited six months to call and ask if someone was tracking my apnea events. I have now changed to a new provider and we found the download chip was never installed to record my sleep patterns. Called to request a new mask and also received four hoses I DID NOT ORDER. wasteful incompetence . Where is the quality control officer in their system? Poor home health service like this must impact the well being of many of their patients.

So I ordered my breast pump through this company covered by my insurance. It was stolen off my front porch. They won't replace it. Most good and great companies replace the stolen item for the customer and work with the delivery provider for reimbursement. Especially when the customer has video proof of the theft and a police report and is expecting a baby in a couple weeks. No such luck, because they use a Senvoy delivery service that doesn't have insurance and their driver left the package in plan view of the street for the thief to see as they were driving by. This company had the audacity to ask me to file a claim with my home owners insurance, yeah because it makes sense for me to pay $1000 deductible for a $299 breast-pump? What happened to customer service? Oh right this company is dealing with insurance and medical needs so it's all about profit and nothing to do with the customer. If this is your only option for getting your supplies, I"m sorry for you and I recommend you have them delivered to your work place. Do this so you aren't left paying out of pocket for an item that gets stolen and yet they will get paid for by your insurance company. What this company will offer you is a couple of useless phone calls that only make you more upset that they aren't willing to provide you the breast pump that you need and was rightfully covered by insurance.

I have used the home health service program several times in the last ten years . This started soon after this service began. They have done a great job for both me and my wife . Two hip replacements , recovery from a fall and one stroke recovery . We received care from physical therapy , wound care from nursing, and psychological nursing care for aging issues. It's all been great and for us . having this level of care in your own home is wonderful. They even offer a bathing assistant to help you wash up ! We think this program is fine . Wonderful people delivering wonderful care !
