Really only one thing that made me select good, instead of great... HUMID ROOM. There was even a dehumidifier in there to try to keep the moisture down. That made the room quite musty smelling. Not sure if all rooms are like that. But 316 sure was! Great breakfast, cute lobby area with tons of seating, nice staff, pretty clean facility, definitely quiet location, good price for what we got, bed was decent. Pillows, not so much.

First off staff was wonderful with immediately refunding us and being very kind after we walked into a room that smelled SO BAD. Like sweat and very musty. He tried to offer us the same type of room but the only two rooms were pet rooms… no thanks lol. pretty run down lobby . 0/10

Great choice! Clean rooms and VERY comfortable beds. The shower was awesome and hot. The staff is friendly and happy. That's a strange thing these days. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Best Western!

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Sheetrock work in our bathroom was pretty shoddy, but the jacuzzi tub was nice and deep, so I just closed my eyes and ignored it. Clean and comfortable bed. I would stay again but I'm not sure I would pay for a jacuzzi room.
