Don’t bother doing the virtual minute clinic. They will charge you $60 even if they don’t help you. I paid that amount for them to tell me to go to the doctor. I remember the days when businesses had ethics and cared about customers.

Was seen for fatigue, chest pain, shortness of breath and chills. Received a phone call from the nurse when I’m about to pull in to the location asking if I did a Covid test which I said no. She asked me to go somewhere else and get one before the appointment. I said I was already at the location because it was 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. She said I could be tested there then. Test came back negative and they didn’t seem to care about what could be going on if it wasn’t Covid. Didn’t even take my temperature. Would recommend making a appointment else where.

We arrived at 6:43p but was told by the clinician that the clinic was closed for the night. She was just sitting in the exam room; there were no patients. My husband asked the clinician if he could be seen - that the clinic doesn’t close until 7p. She told him no; he could make an appointment for another day. If the clinic isn’t interested in seeing patients, at least close the door. Better yet - why don’t ya see patients?!?!? Either way, we won’t be going back!!

I called ahead to confirm that the MinuteClinic could provide a physical evaluation and was told that they do and that the cost is $79. I drove over an hour to get this location which is the closest to me. When I arrived there was no one in line and I was signing in when the nurse stopped me and asked what I needed. I explained that I was there for a physical exam. She was very rude and spoke in broken english but from what I could gather she was refusing to perform the exam. She told me to go to Corporate Care about a mile away instead. Very unprofessional, and totally wasted the time I took off work to get the physical performed.
